How do I pay for parking?

There are two ways to pay for your parking. You can use our state-of-the-art UPark machines located in each parking lot. Or you can pay with the Honk Mobile iPhone or Android app available at select lots.

How do I sign up for monthly parking?

You’re only five steps away from having your own UPark monthly parking pass.

Can I be on a waiting list for a parking spot?

Sure can. If the lot is full when you sign up for monthly parking we will automatically put you on our waiting list. We will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.

How can I cancel my monthly parking permit?

You can cancel your permit at any time. All you have to do is give us one months notice. If you let us know in January that you no longer need your parking spot, you will still have your spot until the end of February. If you cancel a full month in advance, you will not be charged the following month. We do not prorate cancellations mid-month.

Can I transfer my permit to someone else?

Unfortunately, no. Your spot will go to the next person on the waiting list.

How can I access my UPark account?

If you have a monthly permit all you have to do is login to access your account.

Where are the parking lots located?

UPark is always opening new lots across the Greater Toronto Area.  Find parking near you.

What are your rates?

Our rates vary according to location and time of day. Select a parking lot to see our current rates.

I got a ticket. How do I pay for it?

UPark lots are overseen by municipal licensed enforcement agencies. They issue public parking tickets for the City of Toronto. See the back of the ticket for further instruction.

How do I apply for a refund?
